We empower underserved youth with the tools, knowledge, and support to persist in college, complete meaningful credentials, and launch into thriving careers. By combining research, technology, and collaboration, we build systems that ensure every young person has access to opportunity and choice-filled lives.

Thrive with Youth is UFCS’s signature annual event that brings together young people, educators, employers, and community partners to explore opportunities for the future. Each year, this experience creates space for connection, inspiration, and action—where youth can discover their potential, expand their networks, and take steps toward success.
Thrive with Youth is more than a gathering; it’s a movement dedicated to celebrating individuality, removing barriers, and building bridges across education, career, and community.
